Title : Administrative Decisions Tribunal - Guardianship and Protected Estates
Description : The Administrative Decisions Tribunal (ADT) can decide appeals against certain decisions of the Guardianship Tribunal, the Mental Health Review Tribunal and Magistrates made under the Guardianship Act 1987, the Protected Estates Act 1983 and the Powers of Attorney Act 2003. These appeals are called external appeals.
