If you have feedback about the telephone service we recommend that you include the following in your feedback:
Date and time of your call
Who you spoke to if you can remember their name or male or female if you cannot remember their name
What your call was about for instance "I was seeking help about getting a divorce"
The suburb or postcode that you called from
By providing this information we may be able to identify the call that you made and be able to review and follow-up quicker. If you are not willing to leave this information online please include your contact information so that we can follow up with you.
