You can start a chat by clicking on the Chat icon on the right hand side of any page on the LawAccess NSW website or accepting an invite to chat that pops up. Webchat is available Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Legal Advice is not available via the webchat service. If you have an issue that you believe requires legal advice or you believe your issue is complex and/or requires urgent assistance we encourage you to call our telephone service on 1300 888 529 Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and speak with an Information Officer.
