Use this checklist to help you remember everything you need to bring to the pre-trial review. For more information, see Preparing for the pre-trial review.
A copy of your defence.
A copy of the statement of claim.
A copy of your cross-claim (if you made a cross-claim).
A copy of the letter from the court about the pre-trial review.
Notes to remind you of anything you want to ask the court for at the pre-trial review, such as a request for a subpoena, or to attend the hearing by telephone.
A list of any dates in the next three or four months when you will not be able to attend court for a hearing.
Pen and notebook to write down any dates and orders given to you by the court.
A list of any witnesses you have or whose statements you want to use.
A list of documents that you want to use to support your case.
