You have a judgment against someone who owes you money or goods The judgment is for money The judgment is for the return of goods The goods are returned to you You apply for a Writ for the Delivery of Goods The defendant applies for a stay of enforcement The defedant applies to set aside default judgment the judgment debtor applies to pay by instalments The judgment debtor does nothing The judgment debtor applies for a stay of enforcement The judgment debtor applies to set aside the judgment You examine the judgment debtor's income and assets You apply to the court for a Garnishee Order for Debt or Wages You apply to the court for a Writ for the Levy of Property You respond to an application to set aside default judgment The judgment debtor pays the debt in full
