After court
After the court makes a Final AVO the defendant must not breach the AVO. The defendant may want to appeal or have the decision cancelled (annulled). You or the defendant may also want to extend/reduce, vary or revoke the AVO.

When you are served with an AVO you must go to court for the mention. What happens next depends on how you respond to the AVO.

After court
