Building, fixing or replacing a fence?
If you want to build a new fence or fix or replace an existing fence you should talk to your neighbour. If you and your neighbour come to an agreement, you should put the agreement in writing. If you and your neighbour can't come to an agreement one of you may serve the other with a Fencing Notice.
