Making a claim

• The person does nothing [link to Letter of demand​]. Go to step 2.

Step 2. You try to resolve the dispute through negotiation or mediation [link to Resolving your dispute]. Possible action:

• If you are unable to resolve the dispute you may start a court case to recover your goods. [link to Going to court​].
